Data We Store

The following information is stored in our database, even after deletion, and may be archived:

• Registration information.
• User and expert address, GPS location.
• All listings and Messages sent in regards to listings.
• Activity logs and other records.

Although we make good faith efforts to store information in a secure environment that is not made available to the public, we cannot guarantee complete security.

Use

We may use the information you disclosed to us to:

• Provide our services to you.
• Provide customer service to you.
• Prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities.
• Enforce our Terms of Use.
• Automatically scan messages to check for spam, fraud, phishing attacks and other malicious activity or illegal or prohibited content.

Registration

Registration is required to place a listing through our service or to use other types of functionality that require the service to recognize a user If you decide to register or sign up for certain services, you will need to give us certain Personally Identifiable Information, such as a valid address, name, phone, e-mail address and zip code. You will also have the option to provide other Personally Identifiable Information such as your address. This Personally Identifiable Information will be used to personalize and improve your experience of our service. This information will not be disclosed to any third-party without your explicit consent.

Registered users and users that provide their email address to ENM may receive a copy of our newsletter and other occasional mailings from us regarding our service or the Sites. You may opt-out of receiving future mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link on the email, or by updating your subscription information on the Subscription Tab in the My Account section.

Disclosure

ENM may disclose information about its users if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

• Respond to claims that a listing or content violates the rights of third parties.
• Enforce our Terms of Use.
• Protect the rights, property or personal safety of Oodle, its users or the general public.

Right to know and Right to delete

You have the right to request that we disclose the data we collect, use, and disclose, and other information relating to data we collect about you.

You have the right to request the deletion of data that we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.

Only you, or someone you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a request to know or delete your data. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf by providing written permission signed by you.

Prohibited Content

Don't post which is illegal by law and which you don't want to repeat on yourself

Items that are specifically prohibited on ENM:

• Alcoholic beverages and tobacco.
• Animals, plants, and insects that are regulated or prohibited for sale under applicable laws.
• Blood, bodily fluids, and body parts.
• Embargoed goods.
• Items designed to be used to commit a crime including not without limitation burglary tools, false identification and items used to manufacture illegal explosives or controlled substances.
• Material that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other third party rights.
• Misrepresentations and counterfeit or fraudulent items.
• Material that contains obscene material, child pornography or is harmful to minors.
• Prescription drugs, medical devices, controlled substances, illegal drugs, or drug paraphernalia.
• Non-prescription drugs that make false or misleading claims that might require FDA approval.
• Services or merchandise that promote hatred and violence against specific groups of people.
• Services or merchandise that promote Penny Auctions.
• Services that are illegal including without limitation prostitution.
• Stocks and other securities.
• Stolen goods or property with serial number removed or altered.
• Weapons (including but not limited to firearms, martial arts weapons, silencers, ammunition, disguised or switchblade knives, BB guns, stun guns, paintball guns, or tear gas) and weapons parts.
• Fireworks.
• Items containing hazardous substances or pesticides.
